Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing medical devices and equipment etc. from home and abroad.
∎ Collaborating with multiple teams to determine requirements for proposals, ensuring projects stay within budget and allotted timeframe.
∎ Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
∎ Negotiating suggested alterations to vendor contracts, either during the bidding process or after selection.
∎ Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Striving promote an organization's overall strategic development, which includes following internal procedures for ethical business practices.
∎ Evaluating outside proposals, reviewing organizations' qualifications, and determining the best fit for a project.
∎ Understanding of their organization's needs in order to effectively select subcontracted vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Expert in negotiation
∎ Strong project management skills to successfully oversee personnel and multiple projects
∎ Experience in Medical Devices industry will be added advantage
∎ Adequate knowledge about medical device sales
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and goal oriented
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer literacy
