Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Candidate- Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager for procurement department to manage the company`s supply of products and services.
∎ Procurement Manager Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers.
∎ The Procurement Manager`s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.
∎ Must be sound knowledge on Spinning mill.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/Procurement and supply chain.
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality of purchased products.
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Spinning, Textile, and Garments.
∎ Excellent knowledge about up to date raw materials and manufacturing costs for all related items.
∎ Source potential suppliers on regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ Ensure that all practices are consistent with company guidelines and regulations.
∎ Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
∎ Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
∎ Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
∎ Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
∎ Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
∎ Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
∎ Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
∎ Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
∎ Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Good in written and spoken English.
∎ Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software;
∎ Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.
∎ Strong project management and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
∎ Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
∎ Able to computer knowledge.
