Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree / BSc in Nursing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the entire gamut of OT functions.
∎ Ensure smooth and effective scheduling of cases in OT and sharing the same with respective Consultant/HOD/Inchage.
∎ Maintain all inventory in Operation Theatre and handle all staffs (Technicians/Nurses) in OT.
∎ Working with vendors in conducting maintenance of the Operation Theatre equipment.
∎ Ensuring that the medical wastes are disposed if in accordance with the Organizational practices.
∎ Delegating and rotating nursing staff and theatre technician for effective utilization.
∎ Controlling OT consumption.
∎ Elective surgery list and coordinate with patient coordinator.
∎ Coordinate with surgeons and anesthetist.
∎ Daily pre-surgery call. Sharing Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of OT data with the respective Department.
∎ Update the OT related date to the Hospital Management software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree / BSc in Nursing with 10 years' experience in which 3 years' experience in supervisory position.
∎ Candidate having advanced training on OT service / MPH will be preferred.
∎ Retired defence personnel are highly encouraged to apply.
