∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having MBA shall add value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily operations of the center.
∎ Ensure all process is as per policy.
∎ Maintain SLA and TAT without any frailer.
∎ Staff supervision and guidance.
∎ Ensue quality standard and fame quality audit time to time.
∎ Achieve EBIT as per company goal.
∎ To Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Must be fluent in English to communicate with foreign client.
∎ Cust be customer reoriented.
∎ Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but its not a mandatory requirement.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
