Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly review the project's cost to ensure strict adherence to the budget throughout the project's duration. Promptly identify and escalate any potential cost increases and actively mitigate risks with proactive solutions, reporting to the management as needed.
∎ Implement a standard procedure for reviewing change and modification requests, coordinating with the Head of Projects to ensure proper alignment and approval.
∎ Efficiently manage vendors and contractors, maintaining close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
∎ Streamline finishing and interior designs by incorporating innovative and modern technology.
∎ Spearheaded efforts to ensure timely project delivery, overseeing site operations regularly.
∎ Conduct weekly reviews with the site team and contractors to track milestone completions.
∎ Monitor and coordinate with the site team to ensure timely and high-quality civil works.
∎ Effectively manage and motivate internal and external project stakeholders.
∎ Oversee inspections and final checks, evaluating internal control systems to identify and address any shortcomings before handing over the project to operations.
∎ Analyze reports of technical issues to identify trends affecting future installations, services, and maintenance processes, devising measures to prevent future problems.
∎ Monitor billing processes as per the SOP, track bill submissions, certifications, and payments to ensure that cash flow projections are met and vendors are paid on time.
