Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the technical team for smooth operation of HVAC system.
∎ Lead all Mechanical installation, repair, renovation and maintenance activities of the plant.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all utility equipment through monitoring and supervision of Engineering activities.
∎ Engage in implementation of ORACLE ERP of Engineering department.
∎ Take proactive measures to ensure smooth maintenance of building and facility.
∎ Liaise with cross-functional department for smooth execution of project, utility operation & maintenance activities.
∎ Guide Engineering personnel for preventive and breakdown maintenance, installation, commissioning, rectification, renovation etc. of process & utility equipment.
∎ Technical review, budgeting, scheduling, implementation of projects.
∎ Evaluate and make technical recommendation for the purchase of machineries/ equipment and selection of contractors, suppliers etc.
∎ Implement Good Engineering Practices and meet operational needs maintaining quality, safety and environmental standards.
∎ Alignment with cross-functional departments of the group and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Report on Engineering activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators.
∎ Project management for cross functional activities

∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
