Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all commercial activities (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C opening, amendment /correction, Export proceeds realization, ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs through maintaining proper liaison with customs authority, concerned banks, C&F agents, trade bodies, Shipping lines, Logistics companies, etc.).
∎ Understanding of different terms and conditions regarding LC (e.g., transferrable LC, back to back LC, payment terms, Add. confirmation, UPAS LC, etc.)
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export, Deal with customs authority along with proper analysis of customs duty
∎ Experience in dealing with different government utility sectors e.g., PGCB, BPDB, EGCB, BREB, DPDC, DESCO, WZPDCL, NESCO, etc.
∎ Able to understand and deal with DEDO (Duty Exemption and Drawback Office).
∎ Capable to understand / prepare contracts / agreement papers
∎ Coordinate with Technical team in obtaining the approval & finalize with vendors and release of purchase orders
∎ Develop inventory planning and optimum inventory stock
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary of motivation.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position
∎ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
∎ Must be in sound health condition
∎ Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.
