Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project Feasibility.
∎ Processing of Joint Venture Land and Land purchase.
∎ Drafting all kinds of deed(legal) documents.
∎ To understand all land-related documents.
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be smart, well-versed, and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Land Procurement Department
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills with proper knowledge and information about Joint Venture Land Procurement
∎ Ability to work under pressure with a professional team.
