Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

2D Sketch up, 3D Max, Auto CAD Designing
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
∎ The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior Related Responsibility
∎ Must have real field experience for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ All kind of concept development & design preparation for interior.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of renovation by maintaining checklists/quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Ensure quality of structural and renovation works are carried out as per design and specifications.
∎ Should be perfect in measurement taking and research also.
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief"
∎ Interpret and translate requirements into rough plans
∎ Set costs and project fees according to budget
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
∎ Produce "sample" and "mood products"
∎ Supervise work progress
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
∎ Maintenance Related Responsibility
∎ Direct and coordinate maintenance work, all type of electrical work, Plumbing work, AC servicing work, Electric meter work, Generator maintenance work, WASA line problem solution of the corporate office and all branches.
∎ Managing the vendors and select the best price of the market.
∎ Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design, Drawing & sketch up.
∎ Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max or other design programs
∎ Excellent portfolio of previous works
∎ Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
∎ Communication and presentation skills
∎ Project management skills
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Values: Self -discipline, independent, proactive, hardworking, organized.
