Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA
∎ (Candidates from business background are preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Supply Chain, Export/ Import through L/C, Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all regulatory formalities relating to Import as a professional.
∎ Every import related job will be done in cost effective manner.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time as well as reporting, Prepare Presentation & data analysis.
∎ Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship as well as chase Customs, BEPZA & Government authority relevant to our Business.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import .
∎ Follow up daily Import, Delivery ,Reporting , inform to concern department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistic, Export/ Import through L/C/ SC/TT, Documentation.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
∎ The applicant should have comprehensive knowledge on: Shipping documents related to import.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office/ Excel,Data analysis & Presentation, E-mail, internet and report writing, .
