Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Freight, Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. IP, EP, L/C and Consumption for Custom, EPZ & Bond formalities and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Check all Import/Export related documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, NOC, GSP, CO/SAFTA/AFTA others certificate )
∎ Arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, Customs department and any Government office etc.
∎ Ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Responsible for communicate our alliance office UST , MOP, Shaft Lab, Kasco and other's for smooth operation.
∎ Communication with EPZ, Custom, Freight Agent, Shipping Lines, Navy etc.
∎ Coordinate with Production control department for customers PO, Contact, L/C's and prepare paper works shipment.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond ,Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues
∎ Follow up renewal of General Bond License and EPB License.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
