Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate maintenance work, all type of electrical work, Plumbing work, AC servicing work, Electric meter work, Generator maintenance work, WASA line problem solution of the corporate office and all branches.
∎ Renovate the new rental building as per requirements.
∎ Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staffs.
∎ To have sound knowledge & modest skills to operate and servicing overall standardized Mechanical & Electrical operation of generator and lift.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring critical spares of machine & Keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ To have technical knowledge about Diesel Generator, substation, Lift,
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, overhauling & schedule maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance for different electrical components & Diesel Generator machines.
∎ To be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of gas, electricity and other utilities for uninterrupted production with the help and assistance from concerned departmental heads.
∎ Supervise and lead engineers and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil and mechanical projects, and oversee production and quality control.
∎ Plan & generate new ideas implementation.
∎ Budget and estimating for maintenance work.
∎ Managing the vendors and select the best price of the market.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in English & have good communication skill.
∎ Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
∎ Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
∎ Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track.
∎ Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
∎ Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
∎ Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
