∎ B.Sc Engineer / Diploma Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) from a reputed private / government institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Globe Edible Oil Limited (GEOL) is a sister organization of Globe Pharmaceuticals Group of Companies Ltd. interested to recruit some experienced & qualified staffs for their 10MW Power Plants, Boilers, Water Treatment plant & RO plant.
∎ All interested candidate please submit their detail CVs in hard copy along with copy of relevant experience & qualification certificates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should report to Plant Manager / Chief Engineer with daily update / status / progress of the 10MW Thermal power plant.
∎ Should able to manage independently 30 to 35 number of staffs working in Turbine, Boiler, Sub-stations, Water treatment / RO plants in Shifting & General shifts,
∎ Should have knowledge of Routine maintenance, major / minor inspection & trouble shooting of equipment problems related to Steam turbine, Water / Fire tube Boilers, Water Treatment plants, RO plants, high pressure pumps, compressors, valves, actuators, Heat Exchangers, sub stations etc.
∎ Should able to understand Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&I D), Logic diagrams, PLC control diagram, Equipment's Sectional Drawing & part list.
∎ Should able to prepare a maintenance planning for all major equipment following international standards & OEM recommendation and ensure availability of the equipment.
∎ Should have knowledge of performance monitoring of the subordinates, provide necessary training & prepare annual appraisal based on their performance.
∎ Should have good written & oral communication skills in both English & Bengali, experience on Technical report writing & presentation related to technical & non-technical issues.
∎ Provide annual budget with details breakdowns.
∎ Should have knowledge of spare parts selection, procurement through technical & commercial evaluation with competitive price & quality from OEM & non-OEM.
∎ Should have maintenance experience of overhead crane, lifting hoist & chain blocks.
∎ Should have knowledge of maintenance, testing & calibrations of lifting, rigging & measuring tools.
∎ Should have hand on working experience, computer skills - Microsoft office, project etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum experience 7 to 10 years for B Sc Engineers & 10 to 12 years for Diploma Engineers on respective fields & position.
