∎ Pharma experienced candidates will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper electro – mechanical operation and maintenance of HVAC facilities to the Production department and other premises of the plant.
∎ Plan, Program, Budget, Manage and supervise all Preventive maintenance of HVAC system and other utilities of the plant.
∎ Perform trouble shooting and corrective actions where ever necessary. Support of technical matters on PD, QC and other Production areas.
∎ Plan and execute modification, installation of machinery and infrastructure as and when required. Plan and execute formal training for personal of engineering department with updated technology.
∎ Take up activities for continuous development on technical skill and motivation of subordination.
∎ Ensure safety of machinery and workforce of the plant. Organize purchase for operation and maintenance, equipment and other utilities.
∎ Monitor preventive & Predictive maintenance schedule in line with SOP and maintain coordination of maintenance teams to perform maintenance on equipment and factory machines as per schedule and to ensure maximum productivity of the machineries.
∎ Monitor all sorts of documentation and validation of machineries to confirm life cycle analysis and to ensure strict adherence to cGMP compliance
∎ Monitor calibration of equipment’s in line with SOP and preserve records to reduce the breakdown of machineries.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with other functions of the organization & provide necessary information, productivity related to engineering data and operation performance to the top management on regular basis.
∎ Assist management to develop new ideas & innovation including machineries selection.
∎ Introduction of new technologies and process development to automate the processes.
∎ Any other activities as assigned by the supervisor to meet business requirement.
