∎ A master's degree in Business Administration from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and meet product wise yearly targets for oneself in terms of number of units and square feet.
∎ Generate qualified new leads and approach for sale.
∎ Set quarterly sales activity plan and perform all activities as per plan focusing on face to face meeting.
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company.
∎ Prepare and maintain all forms of documentation relevant to Department and administration.
∎ Assist other team members in daily execution of work.
∎ Timely Market surveys need to be conducted and market information needs to be kept updated.
∎ Provide regular updated reports as per the requirement of the Team Manager on the above activities.
∎ Acquire knowledge on product, market & industry on a regular basis.

∎ Smart, Presentable, Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Has to have a positive target oriented sales mindset
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Capable of preparing and presenting business presentation to any group of clients
∎ High attributes of persuasion
∎ Needs to be a social person that ensures people skills
∎ Needs to have the discipline in maintaining and planning sales procedures and modules along with formalities and record keeping aspects such as documentation
∎ Work Experience -
∎ Individual is required to have 5-9 Years of prior work experience in the Real-Estate industry.
