∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be experienced in interior design and landscape design.
∎ Good skills on brochure presentation.
∎ To be responsible for designing, client handling, costing & required site visit etc.
∎ To be responsible for supervision, estimation and cost analysis of high-rise building.
∎ To be responsible for prepare, checking and validating the preliminary drawings to comply with RAJUK, BNBC etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate, Architecture Firm, Consulting Firm.
