∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To manage different projects which includes site supervision, planning, managing, coordinating, evaluating, controlling and completing the project of Pre-Fabricated Structures timely meeting the quality level and budget by assuring NDE's standard guide-line and quality policy
∎ • To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection and Installation works of Steel Buildings as per drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ • To prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development of various on-going and up-coming construction works at the project site and to maintain close liaison with different project's consultants independently.
∎ • Project Planning, Scheduling and Organizing order to meet the completion deadline and cost target as well as quality acceptance
∎ • Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision of site labor force and monitoring certified Builders workmanship and confirming design specifications and safety.
∎ • To take corrective measures of construction activities. Resolving any unexpected difficulties and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ • Provide logistics support and ensure efficient delivery of all shipments from Head Office for progress of erection at various sites including checking of all detailed erection drawings, shipping documents and invoice, handling, transportation, delivery to construction site and unloading materials as per bill of materials and packing list.
∎ • To work closely with Design, Planning and Coordination, Factory and assigned Sub-Contractors (if any).
∎ • Brilliant knowledge in project management including construction materials, drafting, billing and labor handling and in modern construction equipment.
∎ • Responsible for effective management of around 200 workers
∎ • Any other task as required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years project management experience in Erection and Installation of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures
∎ Ability to review and understand construction drawings and specifications.
∎ Good sense of architecture through understanding of civil and electro-mechanical issues
∎ Sound knowledge and practical experience in MS Office, MS Project and Auto CAD
