Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Metallurgical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall supervision of quality assurance as well as quality control
∎ Ensure that all work is meeting and / or exceeding minimum standards of necessary quality control guidelines in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, laws as well as contractual requirements of clients
∎ Provide technical support in developing methods and procedures to ensure production quality as per specifications / standards
∎ Elaborating and coordinating the welding specifications, and codes/standards
∎ Review course and effects of welding defects and take remedial actions
∎ Support PEB steel structures manufacturing operations and provide expertise in delivery requirements, risk management, test methods, and statistical analysis etc.
∎ Work with management to ensure appropriate production and delivery programs are implemented to support business objectives
∎ Guide, train and supervise team to support quality engineering activities
∎ Perform necessary operations and maintenance related quality control inspections
∎ Oversee and manage new hire orientation on QHSE and ensure compliance with all standards including various codes, laws and regulations etc.
∎ Support continuous improvement activities
∎ Other tasks as / when required

∎ Age at least 42 years
