Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering Maintenance, PEB
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure that all work is meeting and / or exceeding minimum standards of necessary quality control guidelines in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, laws as well as contractual requirements of clients
∎ • Provide technical support in developing methods and procedures to ensure production quality as per specifications / standards
∎ • Support PEB steel structures manufacturing operations and provide expertise in delivery requirements, risk management, test methods, and statistical analysis etc.
∎ • Work with management to ensure appropriate production and delivery programs are implemented to support business objectives
∎ • Guide, train and supervise team to support quality engineering activities
∎ • Perform necessary operations and maintenance related quality control inspections
∎ • Oversee and manage new hire orientation on QHSE and ensure compliance with all standards including various codes, laws and regulations etc.
∎ • Ensure all employees receive proper instruction on safety, and report all hazards, potential hazards or dangerous situations including damaged or lost personal protective equipment to management
∎ • Support continuous improvement activities
∎ • Perform other tasks as / when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Steel Structures and Pre-Engineered/Fabricated Building will be an added benefit
∎ Ability to provide and implement solutions to quality problems
∎ Effective written / oral communication skills
∎ Welding experience
