Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering &
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total plant operation.
∎ To meet the production targets within the agreed budget.
∎ To ensure quality of the cement produced is within the acceptable quality norms.
∎ To monitor and liaise with various agencies to maintain stock levels of various raw materials etc. required for producing and delivering the cement.
∎ To ensure the cement is produced within targeted efficiency parameters - Power consumption/TN cement produced, Power consumption/TN cement dispatched, Cost of cement produced/TN, Minimize the demurrage.
∎ To assist the management in developing long term and short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ To assist the marketing team in attending the customer complaints.
∎ To develop and implement SOP.
∎ To train the subordinates to improve the productivity and the efficiency.
∎ To ensure the housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant/machinery is maintained.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Cement industry background is preferable.
