Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualified Civil Engineer, B.Sc (Hon's) in Civil Engineering from a reputable public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for overall project construction management;
∎ Forecast and prepare construction budget requirement for each calendar month;
∎ Develop, execute and monitor QC, BOQ, SOP, specification of the project on every aspect of construction;
∎ Addressing the field problems and solving them on ad-hoc basis (when necessary) on consultation with the management;
∎ Explaining architectural, structural, electrical and sanitary drawings and developing, executing and monitoring the job description of the site Engineers;
∎ Communicating with the project engineers, site engineers, contractors and sub-contractors on a regular basis and act as liaison between them all the other departments of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years of which a minimum of 3 years in Senior Construction Management role.
∎ Have to visit projects outside Dhaka in Sreepur, Tangail;
∎ IT skills required;
∎ Must be able to meet deadline & complete assigned tasks within agreed time frame.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Up to Taka 100,000
