∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or appropriate degree with relevant experience, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Engineers
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
∎ • As a member of the senior management team, provide professional expertise in plant management and execution of the business plan
∎ • To ensure maintenance of equipment and transport vehicles for uninterrupted production
∎ • To ensure timely delivery of materials and delivery processes are in compliance with ISO standards, company policy, and related codes
∎ • To ensure optimization of delivery line capacities and support continuous improvement.
∎ • Provide technical support in fulfilling company objectives and customer demands, maintain compliance with quality guidelines and regulatory requirements
∎ • To ensure effective management of a large number of workers and contingent people
∎ • Responsible for overall administration of the plant
∎ • Actively look for ways to minimize the cost of production and delivery
∎ • Other responsibilities as required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Knowledge about Steel Structures and Pre-Engineered / Fabricrated Building will be an added benefit
∎ Conversant with MS Office
∎ Self-motivated to work without much guidance
Salary: Negotiable
