Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting feasibility studies in identifying and selecting new molecules and sourcing molecules required for launching.
∎ Preparing promotional budget and promotional materials for assigned brands.
∎ Formulating promotional strategies and action plans.
∎ Implementing marketing strategies through market analyses for both existing and new brands on a regular basis.
∎ Establishing good rapport with the doctors and healthcare providers by paying regular field visits.
∎ Arranging training, orientation and refreshers' courses on new and existing products for sales/ marketing people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart, dynamic, hard-working, creative & self-motivated.
∎ In-depth research and analytical skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Internet.
∎ Good command of Bengali and English language.
