Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private university.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Civil Construction, Compliance, Construction Estimating, Construction Safety, Excellent Reporting Skill, Quality Control Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Budgeting, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Estimating, Finishing, Government project, Project Management, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the Projects Schedule.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications and comments on the building design.
∎ Scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
∎ To assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
∎ Preparation the general conditions of monthly budget.
∎ To assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with Consultant/ Clients as well as effectively lead the Project execution.
∎ Monitor and maintain the projects construction schedule on a weekly basis.
∎ Raise & discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings, Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Inform the Consultant/Clients of any errors, discrepancies or missions contained within the Consultant design drawings.
∎ Monitor Safety & ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
∎ Issues monthly progress draws and invoicing to Consultant and client including final hold backs.
∎ Maintain control and enforce good construction standard and quality control.
∎ Maintain control and responsibly for the security and operation directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with site staff.
∎ Control and monitor labour, materials and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepared monthly cost forecasting summaries.
∎ Ensure that "As Built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issues final close-outs to consultant/ Owner accordingly.
∎ Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
∎ Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel,Project, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Experience in Reputed Construction/Real Estate Firm/Company.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
Salary: Negotiable
