∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Drawing skills, Electrical Compliance, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Engineering, People Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Electrical Designs and Drawings .
∎ should have a very good leadership quality and practical experience in handling Team.
∎ Capable to prepare electrical designs & drawings for electrical installation and relevant works for apartments and commercial spaces.
∎ Should be comfortable in computer-assisted engineering software, prepare and study electrical drawings and perform detailed calculations to figure out standards and specifications necessary to complete a project.
∎ Conduct site inspections with Project Manager as needed.
∎ Involved in design, development, testing and production of electrical equipment
∎ Estimate the time and cost needed to complete a project.
∎ Ensure supervise the all Electrical work
∎ Maintaining, planning and scheduling electrical equipment in the project.
∎ Review, check and control over all design and drawing output of each designer and instruct them accordingly.
∎ Ensure fitting and installation of new electrical equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical skill is required & working experience in engineering dept. (electrical ) with large real state project.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
