∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Drawing, Civil Engineering, Compliance Audit, Construction Audit, Construction Estimating, Designing, Engineering audit, Project Planning, QC & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess project-wise performance as per construction target.
∎ Review and check project-wise budget and actual cost.
∎ Identify problems which affect the project performance.
∎ Safety & Security checking of construction project and worker’s as per project requirements & company safety rules.
∎ Find out the areas of cost control.
∎ Check Construction quality of work completed as per drawing.
∎ Review & Check billing procedures for contract-based construction projects.
∎ Tender documents review in details.
∎ Review of quantity estimation & rate analysis.
∎ Physical site visit and check project-wise material consumption with respect to construction progress.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with construction team, budget cell, design team, project management.
∎ Having experience in the heavy structure like modern bridge, flyover, high-rise building with foreign joint venture.
∎ Reviews of project proposal to identify project completion time, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and materials requirements.
∎ Prepares project wise reports to provide technical suggestions & resolve problems.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Modern High-rise building, flyover, bridge, Civil Engineering, cost estimation, Project bidding, Project Costing, Project Operation, Project Planning, Tendering.
∎ Leadership, computer skill, execution skill, smartness, stress management, physically sound for project visit.
