Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Finance/ Supply Chain from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with Bank for LC Open, Payment and Documents Collection etc.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Import, Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Follow up with Supplier & Shipment Schedule
∎ Follow up work with Inventory Department.
∎ Preparing LC Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Be familiar with the required items for purchase and their market availability
∎ Prepare Purchase order as per approval
∎ Track and monitor all costs related information to local purchase and ensure payment is made such that materials are available as per time committed.
∎ Receive information from warehouse on stock position and ensure delivery as per demand date
∎ Negotiate delivery time with suppliers to ensure materials are dispatched as per agreed ETD
∎ Verify received items by comparing the purchase order
∎ Document, Track and Maintain a database of all orders updated and generate periodic reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 02-03 year's work experience in Supply Chain
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & interpersonal skills
