∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administrate overall activities of the depot to ensure proper and timely delivery of goods to the customer(s) in a cost-effective manner including safety and security.
∎ Assist the Head of Distribution by giving a better route plan for the delivery vehicle for cost-effective distribution.
∎ Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to ensure an optimal level of the stock for an uninterrupted supply of goods as per the demand of the customers.
∎ Ensure total security of depot.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
∎ Implement company's policies in depot operations.
∎ Arrange and maintain depot petty cash properly.
∎ Update customers profile regularly so that customers name and address are maintaining correctly.
∎ Organize training of depot staffs.
∎ Updating and reporting stock regular basis to respective departments to ensure regular operation.
∎ Checking expiry dates regular basis and reporting to the respective departments’ regular basis.
∎ Ensuring 100% FIFO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in short life consumer products' distribution in preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
