Job Context:
∎ Department: Distribution Department
∎ Work Station: Adhuria, Naraynganj

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Route efficiency by proper logistic planning , optimize both inward & outward vehicle movements from both Factories and towards Distributor Points
∎ Coordinate with Sales Department and Distributors for timely execution of orders
∎ Ensure in time/real time collection of money against the sales invoice through Bank Deposits and Account Transfers
∎ Monthly review and update of route plans to bring efficiency in delivery time and delivery cost with proper justification
∎ Prepare product wise daily & monthly statement and compile the documentation
∎ Develop team members through on-job/off-the-job training
∎ Follow up and ensure all compliances and schedule maintenance works are initiated and executed in due time
∎ Handle customer complaints, identify and solve issues related to physical damage, theft and other losses during transportation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in depot or distribution management
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Hands on experience in MS Excel and supply chain related Software's
