Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Commerce/Business Administration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all operational activities of Depot to ensure timely distribution of the medicine in the market.
∎ Preparing Delivery Schedule and monitoring timely distribution of medicines to the customers as per schedule after receiving order from them.
∎ Route and vehicle management to ensure smooth delivery of medicines.
∎ Monitoring stock of all products in order to avoid shortage in the market.
∎ Identifying the causes Of returned medicine and working with proper channels to reduce the return of medicine.
∎ Monitoring the performance of all process to ensure smooth operation of the Depot.
∎ Supervising Outstanding/Receivable recovery within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Supervising Depot within the allocated budget and keeping distribution expenses to the standard level.
∎ Operating overall Depot activities as per company's Distribution Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years (at least 02 years as Depot In-Charge)
