Educational Requirements:

∎ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business/ Supply Chain or related discipline. MBA preferred.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Retail Store, Supply Chain, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure an efficient and value-adding operational Demand Planning Process with significant improvements in the areas of connection, communication and alignment
∎ 2. Leading S&OP/ SPS process
∎ 3. Ensures market and commercial priorities are appropriately reflected in S&OP(Demand) Plans
∎ 4. Monitoring stock levels and directing production capacities according to demand progress
∎ 5. Assure close collaborations with the marketing & sales teams on growth drivers, represent the global product D&SP function and actively ask and challenge (launch) plans and phase out in the early phase of definition
∎ 6. Communicate demand plans and related assumptions, deviations from plan and important information into the supply organization by finding an appropriate structure, cadence and agenda with the monthly cycle
∎ 7. Measuring success: build on current KPI’s and further develop supporting KPI’s driving value add for customers
∎ 8. Understanding past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities
∎ 9. Preparing macro plans by maintaining a collaborative forecast for the short, medium and long-term horizon by understanding past and future assumptions and ensuring all risks embedded in the macro plan,
∎ 10. Analyzing all data related to creating the sales forecast and to determine the capacities to work on plant basis (past sales, stocks, budgets, market trends, seasonality, promotions etc.)
∎ 11. Establishing strong working relationships with cross functions in order to achieve the best service level
∎ 12. Maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand & production planning processes and systems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 1. Sound knowledge in Excel, and Powerpoint.
∎ 2. Power BI is a plus
∎ 3. Solid SAP/System knowledge
