Delivery Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Distribution department of Steel Industry with team work.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Responsible for 100% load-challan form factory to end user by factory distribution team within set lead time.
∎ Responsible for delivery reconciliation with packing department physical vs ERP (Quick book/tally) software at set time interval.
∎ Prepare, Monitor & report Delivery & inventory status regularly.
∎ Responsible for the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting as when basis physical counts.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to minimize loss and maximize revenue.
∎ Responsible for effective cross-functional communication occurs to resolves issues and accomplish company goals.
∎ Route mapping with location knowledge.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
