Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the service and maintenance department.
∎ Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
∎ Lead and guide the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
∎ Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
∎ Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair services.
∎ Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management
∎ Chinese Language will added advantage for this position.

∎ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / EEE / or related field Responsibility :
