Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic Computer literacy necessary for Data Entry (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Emailing.
∎ Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date.
∎ Need to ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
∎ Ensuring that images, specs, product info, and manuals are accurate and meet superior Equipment Marketing's standards
∎ Auditing product data to ensure integrity and quality
∎ Developing an understanding of product features, history, design method, and other characteristics by researching manufacturer websites, catalogues, and assets
∎ Enter new products from digitalized catalogue in Superior database
∎ Keying in product features and specifications
∎ Arranging products as per categories and subcategories Adding product images
∎ Processing basic images by cleaning up if required & cropping images.
∎ Updating products on live websites
∎ Working on Excel spreadsheets for additions, deletions and price updates with accuracy
∎ Stepping up for special projects as assigned
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Keep close coordination with co-worker and update information.
∎ Transfer up to date information to top management.
∎ Good Typing speed English & Bangla.
∎ Managing and leading the team and aligning them with the company requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sector
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Ability to meet multiple deadlines
∎ Ability to consistently meet project deadlines
∎ Ability to multi-task on various projects
∎ Ability work in a team as well as independently
∎ Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills
