Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to customers & monitoring calls regularly.
∎ Maintaining the relationship between calls, data, survey, research, analytics, and reports.
∎ Collation of information and reporting call/survey outputs.
∎ Play a key role in day-to-day outbound call activities of the project.
∎ Create informative, actionable and repeatable daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Plan and coordinate the development of existing and new product research studies in support of strategic planning and specific sales & marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert on Telemarketing, Research, DBMS, CRM, media industry knowledge, Customer Service.
∎ Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Bangla Type.
∎ Work under pressure , perform multi-task as part of a team.
∎ Minimum 1years work experience in any call center.
∎ FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING IS MUST
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
