Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the shipping status of goods according to the information from headquarter in China, supervise the registration of container information.
∎ Supervise making documents for customs clearance, feedback the information of documents to headquarter, guarantee customs clearances and payment succeeded.
∎ Documents making, saving and delivery.
∎ Check the expenses of customs clearance, provide expenses details to finance department.
∎ Arrange inspectors to inspect goods, guarantee the safety of goods and deliver them to the warehouse.
∎ Cooperate with the relevant department to transfer goods and logistics of customs clearance.
∎ Comply with leader's request, complete the jobs assigned by leader in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Familiar with customs clearance process, at least 2 years related work experience,
∎ Familiar with customs declarations of air transportation and sea shipping, import customs declarations and the related laws/policies,
∎ Work experience with engineering goods/ groceries customs clearance is preferable.
∎ Positive and hard working, good execution, good communication and presentation skills, able to handle the situations individually on site.
∎ A team player who is honest and friendly to colleagues, good communication and cautious on work.
∎ Fluent English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and etc), Chinese speaking is preferable.
