Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
∎ Assist the Business Development team in client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (sales, tech, operations) to resolve client queries.
∎ Support sales campaigns by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations when needed.
∎ Track and report client feedback, pain points, and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to long-term relationship building.
∎ Job Description:
∎ As a Merchant Support Representative at PalmPay Limited, you will work closely with the sales managers to drive our sales efforts and ensure operational efficiency. Your role will involve a blend of sales and operational responsibilities to support our growth objectives.
