Job Context:
∎ Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
∎ Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM)
∎ Night Shift (09:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels(Phone, email)
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, queries.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
