∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Travel Agent, Travel Tourism

Job Context:
∎ #Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
∎ - Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM)
∎ - Night Shift (09:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels(Phone, email)
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, queries.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 21 to 28 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ -A Basic Training on Travel & Tourism will be provided to selected candidate. -Salary will be fixed after 5 days training completion. -(Successfully trained up candidate will be recommended to join by training team) -Salary will be negotiable for expert candidate. -Probation period: 4 month.
