Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ inbound /outbound call to the customers.
∎ Need to handle incoming/outgoing calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
∎ Respond to every call actively to solve the client's problem

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
