∎ Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns when needed.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and ensuring timely closure.
∎ Provide accurate and complete information about products or services to customers.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
∎ Assist in onboarding and educating customers about company processes and systems.
∎ Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support.
∎ Use advanced English communication skills to manage interactions with international clients and customers effectively.
∎ Job Context:
