∎ Job Location: House No #8, Road No #8, Block #J, Baridhara, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all incoming Message from social media & Emails (English & Bangla).
∎ Provide actual service information to customers (English & Bangla)
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning.
∎ Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
Additional Requirements:
∎ No prior experience needed
