Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming call from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction Managing online customer's queries (i.e. Facebook, Email, WhatsApp)
∎ Initiate calls to the customer to make better engagement with customers and sales growth.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
∎ Listening to the customers' need to generate repeat sales.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders on the computer system. - Initiate follow-up calls. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have new version android cell phone.
∎ Computer Literacy/MS Word/ Excel.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication skills (Oral and written)
∎ Clear voice clarity & proper accent
∎ Experience Requirements At least 6-12 months of experience working in Ecommerce Call center Sector.
∎ Probation 3 months.

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)

∎ Increment to higher position after completing 1 year.
∎ Eid bonus in any one of the EID after completing 1 year.
