∎ Mariners Group is seeking a dedicated and proficient Customer Support Officer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English language skills, a talent for attracting and engaging customers over the phone, and strong marketing and sales abilities.

∎ • Age 18 to 35 years
∎ • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
∎ • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Proven ability to attract and engage customers through phone calls and social media.
∎ • Strong skills in marketing and sales.
∎ • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ • Polite, patient and able to handle customer queries with professionalism.
∎ • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.
