Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Internet Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take calls from customers and solve their problems by using software.
∎ Make outbound calls to increase tractions and sales.
∎ Check data of customers, find discrepancies and call the customers for updating data. Ban customers from using the system.
∎ Find bugs, issues and enhancement possibilities of the software product and collaborate with software engineers to have them done.
∎ Create content for blogs and social media.
∎ Work in holidays in evening shifts, as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Intelligent.
∎ Eager to learn.
∎ Reliable.
∎ Ready to take responsibilities.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
