Job Context:
∎ Office Location: Bochila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka
∎ Office Time: 9 AM- 8 PM
∎ Use creative techniques to find the right clients
∎ We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Product) who will work directly with or talk to people in our local market to sell our products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending the messages of the customers & fulfill their requirements.
∎ Must answer calls & messages.
∎ Prepare daily sales report.
∎ Taking Order.
∎ Handling Customers over phone.
∎ Packaging Product and dealing with courier service.
∎ Generate new sales to the different products offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Needs to work with our ERP software to increase productivity.
∎ Others related works.
∎ Need to play a good role with teammates.
∎ Should try hard to solve a problem independently.
∎ Should have adaptability and can work under pressure.
∎ Have sound knowledge on documentation and working processes.
∎ Energetic, sharp and tactful.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
