Job Context:
∎ Full Time but 6 month probation period.
∎ Confirmation based on satisfactory performance on probation period.
∎ tech Savvy candidate will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solve common technical issues using remote connections.
∎ Assist field agents for solving technical issues.
∎ Knowing our product(s) inside and out to answer customer and agent queries.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
∎ Identify pattern for the solution of the issues and prepare documentation.
∎ Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
∎ Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
∎ Field visits to assist clients and agents.
∎ Responding promptly to customer and agent inquiries.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or text.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Self-motivated & Honest.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Timely salary payment.
