Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide a comprehensive service to our customers by helping and resolving our customer and vendor inquiries and system-related issues.
∎ The role will also include contacting customers via telephone and email to discuss solving their problems and expectations.
∎ Internally, you are the voice of our customers and will be their advocate.
∎ You are the primary point of contact for people that have general and technical questions.
∎ You will be responsible for communicating and documenting issues, troubleshooting and testing, and should feel comfortable providing support via email, chat and over the phone.
∎ The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
∎ Ability to web search and document technical issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Female with hands-on experience will be preferred
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member.
∎ Excellent know how on Information technology.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed.
∎ Demonstrated experience of excellent customer service skills and explaining technical problems and solutions in both English and Bangla language
