∎ Good communication skill in Bangla (spoken) is a must; English is a plus.
∎ Required Skills:
∎ Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
∎ Typing speed (Bangla & English), messaging etiquette
∎ Familiarity with social media messaging (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
∎ Basic knowledge of online shopping systems and fashion/clothing terms
∎ Ability to handle pressure and multitask
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in call center or customer service will be considered a plus.
∎ Should be polite, patient, and proactive in dealing with fashion-conscious customers.
∎ Willing to work during sales/offer campaigns (Eid, Puja, etc.).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take inbound calls/messages from customers regarding clothing products, order status, size, delivery, or returns.
∎ Make outbound calls for order confirmation, delivery follow-ups, and customer feedback.
∎ Answer customer queries professionally through phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, and live chat.
∎ Provide accurate product information including fabric, fit, size, color, and stock availability.
∎ Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.
∎ Resolve complaints related to delayed delivery, wrong product, or defective items effectively.
∎ Maintain call logs, CRM data, and follow-up records daily.
∎ Collaborate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Encourage upselling/cross-selling of other clothing items where relevant.
∎ Share regular feedback and report issues to the management for customer service improvement.
∎ Working Hours:
∎ Duty: 10 hours (Must have the mentality to be on duty day and night).
∎ Weekly day off: 1 day (Roster wise day off).
∎ Workplace: Office / Call Center
