Job Context:
∎ Mr. Healer Health Solution Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executives for Help Center. He/she will have to answer incoming & outgoing calls from customers who want to know about our services, answer a customer query, manage complaints and troubleshoot critical call queries. He/she will have a sense of responsibility, analytical ability.
∎ Workplace : Work at office (Candidate needs to work at night shift sometimes)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the relationship between the company and customers.
∎ Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Receive order and inform through proper channel.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customers about service.
∎ Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bangla and English communication skill and Typing skill must be known
∎ Skills Required: call center executive, data entry operator, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing

Salary: Negotiable
